Job Duties
- Consistently clean and upkeep designated sections of the hotel to top standards
- Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- Clean windows and polish floors
- Manage waste disposal and ashtray cleaning
- Report necessary repairs and maintenance issues promptly
- Keep records of stock movement and assist with replenishment
- Carry out deep cleaning tasks and specific assignments
- Assist in sanitation of guest rooms as required
