Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in healthcare or similar environment preferred
- Ability to make independent decisions as appropriate
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain professional relationships
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Prior healthcare experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a commitment to customer service
Job Duties
- Perform daily housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, polishing, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning, replenishing supplies, and mopping floors
- Ensure all cleaning practices comply with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for patients and staff
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care
- Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients and staff
- Make independent decisions as needed to address housekeeping issues promptly
- Uphold professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, and other stakeholders
