Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • moderate physical activity such as pushing, pulling, moving, or lifting a minimum of 50 pounds to a height of at least 3 feet
  • ability to stand or walk for more than four hours per day
  • ability to bend or stoop for more than one hour at a time
  • ability to assist with cleaning spills and waste including human waste
  • repetitive gripping of trays, mops, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain resident rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
  • ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working condition
  • report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
  • assist with laundry services as needed
  • follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff
