Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- moderate physical activity such as pushing, pulling, moving, or lifting a minimum of 50 pounds to a height of at least 3 feet
- ability to stand or walk for more than four hours per day
- ability to bend or stoop for more than one hour at a time
- ability to assist with cleaning spills and waste including human waste
- repetitive gripping of trays, mops, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain resident rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
- ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working condition
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- assist with laundry services as needed
- follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff
