Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent preferred
- prior healthcare experience preferred
- ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, and patients
- exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties
- reliable and punctual
- pass any required background checks and screenings

Job Duties
- perform day-to-day housekeeping services including dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, polishing, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning, replenishing supplies, mopping floors
- ensure facility cleanliness and attractiveness in compliance with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards
- make independent decisions regarding housekeeping tasks as situations require
- maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, and patients
- exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients
- adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
