Job Requirements

  • high school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • prior healthcare experience preferred
  • ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
  • maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, and patients
  • exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients
  • ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties
  • reliable and punctual
  • pass any required background checks and screenings

Job Qualifications

  • high school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • prior healthcare experience preferred

Job Duties

  • perform day-to-day housekeeping services including dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, polishing, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning, replenishing supplies, mopping floors
  • ensure facility cleanliness and attractiveness in compliance with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards
  • make independent decisions regarding housekeeping tasks as situations require
  • maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, and patients
  • exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients
  • adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures
  • report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
