Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- capability to perform moderate physical activity including standing or walking for more than four hours, bending or stooping for extended periods, and repetitive gripping of cleaning tools

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain resident rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
- ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working condition
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- assist with laundry services as needed
- follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff
