Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- No retail experience required

- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- Act with integrity, honesty and foster teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture
- Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset, anticipate customer needs and satisfactorily resolve issues
- Meet or exceed individual goals
- Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
- Maintain adherence to company safety policies for the safety of all associates and customers
- Receive, understand and proactively respond to direction from supervisors and managers
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
