Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance preferred
- Ability to operate motorized and non-motorized equipment
- Capability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Ability to work part-time hours
- Willingness to follow supervisory instructions and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning and grounds keeping equipment
- Basic knowledge of repair and maintenance procedures
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and follow schedules
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize assigned areas including mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Maintain locker rooms including toilets, showers, and sinks
- Perform window washing and seasonal lawn care activities
- Operate motorized and non-motorized equipment
- Record and report needed repairs and perform repairs as directed
- Ensure building and property security during shift and report incidents
- Replace soap, paper towels, and other supplies
- Set up furniture for events
- Stock supplies and perform other maintenance and housekeeping duties as assigned
