Job Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in housekeeping or laundry supervision
- ability to work day shifts including third weekend rotation
- capability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- skills in staff management and training
- detail-oriented and organized
- ability to manage inventory and supplies
- must be able to communicate effectively with staff and residents
- preferred high school diploma or GED
- preferred experience of 3 - 5 years in related field

Job Duties
- Supervises housekeeping and laundry staff
- provides clear and concise work direction
- trains and provides ongoing support to staff
- manages staff performance and provides appropriate feedback
- creates and maintains housekeeping and laundry schedule
- conducts performance reviews within established timeframe
- maintains and orders inventory of supplies
- performs housekeeping and laundry duties as needed including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning toilets and sinks
- performs deep room cleans
- labels, sorts, washes, dries, folds, and delivers laundry
- assists with room changes
- cleans wheelchairs
- assists with special events
- performs other duties as assigned and directed
