Job Requirements
- Ability to stand walk bend and lift for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts and laundry bins
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required training provided
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Strong time-management skills
- Dependable punctual and team-oriented
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean and service guest rooms daily including making beds changing linens dusting vacuuming and sanitizing bathrooms
- Replenish guest room amenities towels and supplies according to brand standards
- Clean and maintain public areas including hallways lobby areas elevators and back-of-house spaces
- Report maintenance issues safety hazards or damaged items to management promptly
- Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items
- Maintain housekeeping carts storage areas and closets in a clean and organized manner
- Operate laundry equipment to wash dry fold and organize linens towels and other hotel textiles
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and laundry supplies following safety guidelines
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and room inspections as needed
- Work closely with front desk and maintenance teams to meet daily room readiness goals
