- high school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- one year of previous institutional cleaning experience preferred
- one year customer service experience
- vocational training and certificate preferred

Job Duties
- perform housekeeping and related activities in patient exam and inpatient rooms
- maintain cleanliness in surgery, utilities, and general hospital environment
- demonstrate proficiency in basic cleaning skills
- safely use chemicals, equipment, and infection control methods
- handle and remove medical and hazardous waste safely
- maintain hospital environment from appearance and infection control standpoint
- communicate effectively in English
