Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Perform janitorial cleaning services including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
  • Conduct high-level hospital cleaning and disinfection to prevent healthcare-associated infections
  • Operate heavy powered cleaning equipment such as wall washers and industrial buffers
  • Follow strict infection control and safety protocols including proper use of personal protective equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms, operating rooms, and medical equipment areas
  • Adhere to occupational safety guidelines relating to hazardous materials handling and ladder operations
  • Report maintenance issues and ensure compliance with hospital environmental standards
