Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Perform janitorial cleaning services including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Conduct high-level hospital cleaning and disinfection to prevent healthcare-associated infections
- Operate heavy powered cleaning equipment such as wall washers and industrial buffers
- Follow strict infection control and safety protocols including proper use of personal protective equipment
- Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms, operating rooms, and medical equipment areas
- Adhere to occupational safety guidelines relating to hazardous materials handling and ladder operations
- Report maintenance issues and ensure compliance with hospital environmental standards
