Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Two years of hospital or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic computer skills for email and training
- Strong interpersonal and engagement skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and prioritization skills

Job Duties
- Perform cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting functions in assigned areas according to schedules and protocols
- Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment and methods safely and competently
- Report unsafe conditions to management promptly for corrective action
- Adhere to departmental cleaning and safety standards consistently
- Ensure all work complies with site-specific procedures
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as assigned by supervisor or department manager
- Maintain materials and equipment in good working condition
- Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and responsibility in all tasks
- Prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Follow company policies, procedures, and directives
- Interact positively and constructively with team members and hospital staff
