Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- Lift, carry, push, pull items that weigh up to 50lbs without assistance
- Ability to pass background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and standing for extended periods
- Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred but not required
- Commitment to upholding company standards and providing excellent guest service
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Responds promptly to requests from guests and other departments
- Delivers guest requests and sets up furniture items in guest rooms as requested
- Identifies and reports preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
- Strip trash/dirty linen from assigned checkouts
- Ensure correct inventory of pillows, duvet inserts, and toppers remain in the rooms/villas
- Cleans and maintains assigned buildings/areas daily
- Uses heavy cleaning equipment such as floor polishers, carpet extractors, etc.
- Stocks linen closets in assigned areas daily with linen and supplies
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
