Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field is a plus but not required
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and sanitation practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand walk bend and lift for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the hotel including guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks such as vacuuming dusting mopping and removing trash
- Handle laundry duties including washing drying folding and storing linens
- Assist with room service delivery as needed
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and colleagues
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a high level of physical stamina to meet the demands of the role
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure exceptional cleanliness and order
