Job Duties
- Attend quickly to guest and other departmental requests
- Identify and report preventive or maintenance problems in public areas or guest rooms
- Place caution signs
- Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs
- Respond to guest requests and organize furniture in rooms as required
- Remove items from hallways and transport them to service areas, including waste, food and beverage trays, unread newspapers, soiled linens, and trash near housekeeping carts
- Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment
