- Basic proficiency in English communication
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Completed high school and a training program for specific skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- Knowledge of everyday responsibilities of housekeeping staff on guest floors
- Flexible work-hour policy with ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Familiarity with chemical application and proper room sanitation methods
Job Duties
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by keeping guest rooms spotless and attending to guest needs promptly
- Undertake assigned cleaning duties in guest rooms including changing bed linens, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors
- Provide new bed sheets, towels, and guest toiletries as needed
- Perform meticulous cleaning duties when required
- Ensure housekeeping cart is stocked with necessary cleaning supplies daily
- Follow proper disposal procedures for trash and recyclables
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of public areas when needed
