- Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties
- Basic literacy in English for communication and instructions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to hotel standards and protocols
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Completed high school education
- Completed training program for specific housekeeping skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- Awareness of everyday responsibilities of housekeeping staff on guest floors
- Flexible with work-hour policy including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Competent in chemical application and proper room sanitation methods
Job Duties
- Uphold the high standards of hospitality by keeping guest rooms spotless and promptly attending to guest needs
- Undertake cleaning duties such as changing bed linens, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors
- Provide new bed sheets, towels, and guest toiletries as needed
- Perform meticulous cleaning tasks as required
- Ensure housekeeping cart is stocked with necessary cleaning supplies daily
- Follow proper disposal procedures for trash and recyclables
- Assist in maintaining a clean and livable community environment
