Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to start shift at 4:00 AM
- physical ability to lift and move objects up to 55 pounds without assistance and more with assistance
- ability to push and pull loaded carts
- ability to stand, sit, kneel, and walk for extended periods
- adherence to company safety and security policies
- professional personal appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in housekeeping or related fields preferred
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
- familiarity with safety and cleaning protocols
- commitment to quality and guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
- identify and report maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
- post caution signs
- contact other departments for urgent repairs
- deliver guest requests and set up furniture items in guest rooms as requested
- remove items from hallways and transport to service areas
- clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment
