- prior housekeeping or related experience preferred
- ability to stand, walk, or kneel for extended periods
- capability to lift and move objects up to 55 pounds alone and heavier with assistance

Job Duties
- Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests
- identify and report preventive maintenance or safety issues in guest rooms and public areas
- place caution signs appropriately
- coordinate urgent repairs directly with other departments
- organize furniture in guest rooms as needed
- remove items from hallways and transport them to service areas including trash, room service trays, unread newspapers, and soiled linens
- clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment
- comply with company safety policies and complete required training and certifications
- ensure neat and professional appearance
- maintain privacy and protect company property
- support coworkers respectfully and collaboratively
- meet quality assurance standards and work efficiently
- inspect tools and equipment for defects
- handle and move objects up to 55 pounds, sometimes requiring assistance
- navigate narrow, elevated, or uneven surfaces
- stay on feet or perform physical activities for extended periods
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
