- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work overnight shifts
- physical capability to lift and move objects up to 55 pounds unassisted
- capability to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs and work in confined spaces
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- demonstrate professional appearance and personal hygiene
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- supportive team player attitude
- pass required safety training and certifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- ability to operate cleaning equipment

Job Duties
- Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests
- identify and report preventive or maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
- place caution signs as necessary
- contact other departments for urgent repairs
- organize and arrange furniture in rooms as required
- remove items from hallways and transport them to service areas including waste, room service trays, unread newspapers, dirty linens, and trash
- clean, maintain and store cleaning equipment
