Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 55 pounds
- Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts over uneven surfaces
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending and stooping
- Willingness to follow all safety and security guidelines
- Availability to work full-time hours
- Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures

- Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, and moving tasks
Job Duties
- Respond promptly to guest and department requests
- Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas and guest rooms
- Post caution signs and contact other departments for urgent repairs
- Deliver guest requests and set up furniture in guest rooms
- Remove debris, room service trays, newspapers, soiled linens, and trash from hallways
- Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
