Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts over uneven surfaces
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending and stooping
  • Willingness to follow all safety and security guidelines
  • Availability to work full-time hours
  • Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, and moving tasks

Job Duties

  • Respond promptly to guest and department requests
  • Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas and guest rooms
  • Post caution signs and contact other departments for urgent repairs
  • Deliver guest requests and set up furniture in guest rooms
  • Remove debris, room service trays, newspapers, soiled linens, and trash from hallways
  • Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
