Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to push and pull loaded housekeeping carts over uneven surfaces
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Must adhere to company grooming and uniform standards
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good physical stamina and endurance
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable with physical labor including lifting and moving heavy items
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and open availability
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests
  • Identify and report maintenance issues in public and guest areas
  • Post caution signs to ensure safety
  • Contact relevant departments for urgent repairs
  • Deliver guest requests and set up furniture in rooms
  • Remove debris, food trays, newspapers, soiled linens, and trash from hallways
  • Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment
  • Follow company safety and security protocols
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • Assist guests with disabilities
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving objects
  • Stand, sit, kneel, or walk throughout work shift
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
