Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift, carry, push, pull items that weigh up to 50lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy
- Valid driver’s license may be required with at least one year of clean driving history
- Operate company vehicles according to company policies and standards including golf carts
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history preferred
- Experience operating company vehicles including golf carts is a plus
Job Duties
- Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
- Deliver guest requests and set up furniture items in guest rooms as requested
- Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
- Strip trash and dirty linen from assigned checkouts
- Ensure correct inventory of pillows, duvet inserts, and toppers remain in the rooms and villas
- Clean and maintain assigned buildings and areas daily
- Use heavy cleaning equipment such as floor polishers and carpet extractors
