Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or janitorial experience beneficial
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- compassionate attitude toward elderly and disabled residents
- ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas
- complete housekeeping assignments timely and efficiently
- maintain a home-like atmosphere for residents
- dispose of waste and manage cleaning supplies
- comply with health and safety regulations
- support the care team in providing a clean and safe environment
- report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
