Job Duties
- Clean public and employee restrooms and showers
- Clean glass in public and employee areas
- Clean floor surfaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Dust surfaces in assigned areas
- Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns in public areas
- Inspect furniture for tears, rips, and stains and report damages
- Clean and maintain lighting fixtures
- Post caution signs to limit traffic when necessary
- Contact other departments for urgent repairs
- Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests
- Identify and report preventative maintenance issues
- Follow company and safety policies and procedures
- Properly store flammable materials
- Maintain a clean and professional uniform and appearance
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Welcome and acknowledge guests per company standards
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Speak clearly and professionally
- Support team goals
- Move, lift, carry, and place objects up to 55 pounds alone and heavier with assistance
- Operate work-related machinery on uneven surfaces
- Perform various physical movements including bending, twisting, and stooping
- Inspect tools and equipment for defects
- Move through confined or elevated spaces
- Climb ladders
- Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
