Job Requirements
- Completion of high school education
- Successful completion of relevant housekeeping training
- Basic literacy in English
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members
Job Qualifications
- Completed high school education
- Completed a training program for specific housekeeping skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- Knowledgeable about everyday responsibilities of housekeeping staff on guest floors
- Flexible with work hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Familiarity with chemical applications and proper room sanitation methods
Job Duties
- Uphold the high standards of hospitality by keeping guest rooms spotless and attending promptly to guest needs
- Undertake assigned cleaning duties including changing bed linens, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors
- Provide new bed sheets, towels, and guest toiletries ensuring guest rooms remain top-notch
- Perform meticulous cleaning duties when required
- Keep the housekeeping cart stocked with necessary cleaning supplies daily
- Follow proper disposal procedures for trash and recyclables
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness in public and service areas as needed
