Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience desirable
- ability to work part-time hours including every other weekend
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- passion for providing excellent resident care
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- commitment to working in a long-term care environment
Job Duties
- complete housekeeping assignments timely
- provide a home-like atmosphere for residents
- uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards
- demonstrate empathy and respect towards residents and colleagues
- maintain discretion when handling sensitive situations
- work collaboratively with healthcare and support staff
- follow safety and infection control protocols
