Job Duties
- Move, use, and control heavy equipment
- carry and set up ladders and scaffolding
- occasionally work from ladders
- frequently lift objects weighing over 40 pounds and occasionally over 50 pounds
- perform minor maintenance on vacuum cleaners, power scrubbers, buffers, and polishers
- clean floors using power scrubbers and buffers
- wash walls using powered wall washing machines and vacuums with heavy industrial vacuum cleaners
