Job Requirements
- No specific education qualification required
- Experience in housekeeping or environmental services
- Ability to lead and supervise staff
- Physical ability to perform continuous walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, pulling, and pushing
- Capacity to safely use heavy powered cleaning equipment
- Willingness to work indoors and occasionally outdoors
- Availability to handle exposure to contagious diseases and hazardous materials safely

- Knowledge of cleaning tools and equipment

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise housekeeping aids and other assigned staff
- Interpret instructions and specifications for environmental cleaning
- Operate and maintain cleaning tools and equipment
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and work practices
- Perform physical cleaning tasks including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, pulling, and pushing
- Use heavy powered cleaning equipment safely
- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations within the medical center
