Job Duties
- Performs full range of cleaning tasks using powered cleaning equipment
- Uses cleaning chemicals according to label directions to ensure safety
- Makes beds, changes linens, collects and disposes of soiled and regulated medical waste
- Checks and replenishes consumable supplies in patient rooms and common areas
- Removes, transports, repackages, disposes, and stores sharps safely
- Cleans architectural features such as floors, walls, baseboards, windows, ceilings, and metal fixtures
- Operates heavy powered cleaning equipment requiring dexterity and visual acuity
