- Must be a U.S. citizen
- subject to background and suitability investigation

Job Duties
- Performs floor maintenance including sweeping, dust mopping, damp and wet mopping, scrubbing, stripping, refinishing, buffing, vacuuming and extracting carpets
- cleans walls, doors, doorframes, baseboards, corners, edges, and stairwells
- empties trash and wastebaskets, replaces liners and transports refuse and recycling to collection areas
- cleans restrooms, bathrooms, and shower rooms ensuring sanitation and disinfection
- operates and maintains industrial powered and battery-operated cleaning equipment
- makes beds and performs high and low dusting
- follows safety protocols and uses personal protective equipment
- performs other duties as assigned
