Job Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must complete all required application steps including an online assessment
- Selective Service Registration required for males born after 12/31/1959
- Subject to background/security investigation
- Must participate in the seasonal influenza vaccination program
- Must be physically capable of performing duties with or without accommodation
- Serve a 1-year probationary period
- Compliance with Direct-Hire Authority

- Ability to work second shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM) including weekends
- Must provide a complete resume including job titles, duties, and dates
- Must be willing to work in a 24/7 healthcare operation

Job Qualifications
- Experience with janitorial and custodial cleaning duties
- Ability to perform light and heavy cleaning tasks
- Experience with floor care including stripping and waxing
- Ability to operate cleaning machines such as vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Good physical dexterity and ability to handle cleaning equipment
- Reliability and dependability in job performance
Job Duties
- Perform a full range of light and heavy cleaning duties and routine housekeeping duties
- Clean wards, patient rooms, storerooms, offices, corridors, restrooms, shower rooms, and other designated areas
- Sweep, mop, scrub floors using machines, vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture
- Empty waste baskets and dispose of trash properly
- Clean light globes, Venetian blinds, wash walls, windows, and ceilings by climbing small ladders
- Refill toilet tissue and towel dispensers and move furniture as needed
- Carry out cleaning assignments with minimal supervision
