Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in housekeeping or custodial duties
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and use of powered equipment
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Ability to work indoors and occasionally outdoors in varying conditions
- Willingness to use personal protective equipment as needed
- Availability to meet the closing date of 09/30/2026

- Experience in housekeeping or janitorial work
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Physical capability to perform continuous walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, pulling, and pushing
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of powered cleaning equipment
- Dependability and reliability in job performance
- Strong attention to detail and visual acuity
- Ability to handle weights over 50 pounds safely
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize patient care areas and common spaces
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as wall washers and buffers
- Follow established safety protocols and guidelines
- Handle and dispose of waste materials in accordance with regulations
- Maintain cleanliness in hallways, restrooms, and offices
- Assist in setting up and breaking down rooms for various functions
- Report maintenance or safety hazards promptly
