Job Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Must meet OPM Federal Wage System qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Availability to work indoors and outdoors
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment
- Ability to work with potential exposure to contagious diseases

Job Qualifications
- Experience in custodial or housekeeping duties
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning and chemical use
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of infection control principles
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, corridors, and common areas
- Operate powered cleaning equipment such as buffers and wall washers
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
- Handle and dispose of medical and hazardous waste materials properly
- Transport supplies and equipment as needed
- Report maintenance and safety issues to supervisors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment
