Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand walk bend and reach for extended periods
- Manual dexterity to operate cleaning equipment
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights when necessary

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets sinks mirrors and floors
- Vacuum carpeted areas and mop hard surface floors
- Dust furniture fixtures and equipment
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows glass surfaces and mirrors
- Wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles light switches and handrails
- Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
- Maintain consistent quality standards for all cleaning activities
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Demonstrate professional behavior and positive attitude
- Maintain confidentiality and respect for facility property
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to supervisor
- Maintain cleaning supply inventory and equipment
- Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks as assigned
- Set up and break down meeting rooms and event spaces as needed
- Clean kitchen and break room areas including appliances and countertops
- Maintain lobby and reception areas to company standards
- Perform seasonal cleaning tasks such as washing walls and cleaning light fixtures
- Handle spill cleanup and emergency cleaning situations
