Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years housekeeping experience
- ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- requires repetitive movement and/or bending, twisting
- able to lift up to 40 lbs
- able to use hands to handle, control or feel objects, tools or controls
- able to communicate with team members
- able to work in small spaces and at higher levels
- may be exposed to chemicals in performing general duties
- requires work indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
- ability to work varied hours/days including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed

Job Duties
- Services, cleans and restocks supplies in restrooms
- gathers and empties trash
- cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming
- follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- mixes cleaning solutions according to specifications
- strips, seals, finishes and polishes floors as needed
- notifies maintenance manager concerning the need for repairs
- requisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
- cleans windows, glass partitions and mirrors as needed
- steam-cleans or shampoos carpets and removes stains
- cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures
- dusts furniture, walls, machines and equipment as needed
- performs additional duties as assigned
