Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid CNA certification
- ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- prior experience in long term care preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks required by the job
- commitment to providing compassionate care
- ability to work flexible hours including PRN shifts

Job Duties
- perform tasks to ensure a safe, comfortable and sanitary environment for residents, staff and visitors according to established policies and procedures
- attend meetings and in-services as required
- report problems and needs to the supervisor in a timely manner
- maintain written records and documents of services performed according to federal, state and corporate requirements
- participate in assigned meetings and in-services
- present professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech
- adhere to company standards for resolving consumer concerns
