Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and mobility
- Excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms and common areas
- Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens
- Follow all infection control protocols and safety guidelines
- Assist in the proper disposal of waste and hazardous materials
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Support staff in delivering a safe and clean environment
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of shortages
