Job Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Must have a form of identification and social security card that passes government checks and shows proof of US work authorization
- Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation or the ability to use own vehicle with mileage reimbursement
- Willingness to undergo and pass drug screening and background check
- Ability to perform full body motions throughout the day including twist, reach, wipe, bend, kneel, crawl, stand, and stairs
- Must have a bank account for direct deposit
- Must have a great attitude and be a team player
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks repeatedly throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
Job Duties
- Clean homes and small business facilities thoroughly
- Assist with cleaning duties at the Hopkins location when needed
- Follow company standards and procedures for cleaning and safety
- Use provided cleaning equipment and supplies effectively
- Communicate professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Attend training and development sessions as required
- Maintain personal reliability and a positive attitude throughout the workday
