- Perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms
- clean common areas, restrooms, offices, and wellness areas
- maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control
- provide efficient, timely, and friendly service to residents, staff, and guests
- communicate resident concerns to management
- maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information
- present a neat, clean appearance
