Job Requirements
- Minimum one-year housekeeping experience
- Good knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including standing for eight-hour shifts
- Ability to report safety or security issues promptly
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one-year housekeeping experience
- Good knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Capability to conduct quality inspections
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Job Duties
- Maintain guest room cleanliness including bathing and kitchen areas
- Clean floors by vacuuming or washing
- Remove all trash from guest rooms
- Dust and polish all guest room furnishings
- Maintain outside room appearance including sliding doors, A/C grill, windows, and surrounding trash removal
- Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards even if not assigned specifically
- Visually inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and presentation
- Notify supervisor immediately of any safety or security violations or guest concerns
- Operate housekeeping equipment and restock housekeeping cart
- Notify head housekeeper or supervisor of room readiness
- Maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests
