Job Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented
- sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, maintaining high hygiene standards
- conduct carpet cleaning as needed, ensuring all carpets are well-maintained
- manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment
- provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly
- assist with floor care maintenance, including polishing and buffing as required
- collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operation of housekeeping services
- follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
