Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-year housekeeping experience including good knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Any other combination of education, training or experience providing the required knowledge, skills and abilities

Job Duties
- Maintain guest room cleanliness including cleaning all bath and kitchen areas, cleaning all floors by either vacuuming or washing, removing all trash from guest rooms, and dusting or polishing all guest room furnishings
- Maintain outside room appearance, including cleaning sliding doors, air conditioning grills, doors, windows, and removing trash from surrounding outside areas
- Ensure all areas of the hotel meet company standards, even if not specifically assigned
- Visually inspect guest rooms, public areas, service areas for quality in cleanliness and presentation
- Notify supervisor immediately of any safety or security violations of policy and any guest concerns
- Operate housekeeping equipment and maintain supplies by restocking housekeeping cart
- Notify head housekeeper or supervisor of room readiness
- Always maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests
