Job Requirements

Minimum one-year housekeeping experience
Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for eight-hour shifts
Ability to perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, and balancing
Capacity to visually assess cleanliness and safety standards
Willingness to work flexible schedules including full-time and part-time positions

Job Qualifications

Minimum one-year housekeeping experience with knowledge of housekeeping and laundry SOPs and techniques
High school diploma or equivalent education
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, stooping, and balancing
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to operate housekeeping equipment and manage supply inventory
Comfortable working in diverse and inclusive team environments

Job Duties

Maintain guest room cleanliness including cleaning baths and kitchens
Clean floors by vacuuming or washing
Remove all trash from guest rooms
Dust and polish all guest room furnishings
Maintain outside room appearance including cleaning sliding doors, A/C grills, windows, and surrounding outside areas
Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards, even if not specifically assigned
Visually inspect guest rooms, public and service areas for cleanliness and presentation
Notify supervisor immediately of any safety or security violations and guest concerns
Operate housekeeping equipment and restock supplies on housekeeping cart
Notify head housekeeper or supervisor of room readiness
Always maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests
