Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand, walk, and squat for extended periods
  • ability to lift 5 to 60 pounds throughout the shift
  • ability to work in cold environments if assigned to refrigerated or frozen facilities
  • availability to work extended shifts, fluctuating hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Perform work tasks in a safe manner in accordance with work instructions
  • proactively take action to improve safety
  • assist other partners by sharing technical knowledge and facility-specific information
  • help assimilate new partners into the work environment
  • complete work assignments efficiently and on time to support facility goals
  • operate equipment following standard operating procedures to prevent damage
  • maintain a clean and safe work area
  • properly load empty pallets into automated systems where applicable
  • haul products from receiving dock to designated aisles for pick-up
  • accurately clean and organize assigned areas according to regulatory compliance
  • perform work assignments per standard operating procedures
  • recover damaged goods when possible
