Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand, walk, and squat for extended periods
- ability to lift 5 to 60 pounds throughout the shift
- ability to work in cold environments if assigned to refrigerated or frozen facilities
- availability to work extended shifts, fluctuating hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends

Job Duties
- Perform work tasks in a safe manner in accordance with work instructions
- proactively take action to improve safety
- assist other partners by sharing technical knowledge and facility-specific information
- help assimilate new partners into the work environment
- complete work assignments efficiently and on time to support facility goals
- operate equipment following standard operating procedures to prevent damage
- maintain a clean and safe work area
- properly load empty pallets into automated systems where applicable
- haul products from receiving dock to designated aisles for pick-up
- accurately clean and organize assigned areas according to regulatory compliance
- perform work assignments per standard operating procedures
- recover damaged goods when possible
