- Ability to perform cleaning and disinfection duties
- Knowledge of infection prevention practices
- Ability to safely handle chemicals and equipment
- Capability to interact professionally with patients and staff
- Availability for per diem work shifts

Job Duties
- Complete daily occupied and discharge transfer cleaning of patient care areas and equipment
- Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare cleaning and disinfecting principles
- Use safe chemical handling and equipment operation
- Maintain cleaning carts, supplies, and equipment according to standard procedures
- Remove waste and manage proper disposal including regulated medical, recycle, solid, and hazardous waste
- Follow infection prevention practices including cleaning protocols, hand hygiene, and PPE use
- Ensure timely room turnovers to support patient throughput
