Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-year housekeeping experience
- Good knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
- Ability to work indoors on hard and carpeted surfaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to extreme weather conditions including cold and heat
- Ability to perform physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling
- Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus adjustment
- Availability for flexible scheduling

Job Duties
- Maintain guest room cleanliness including cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
- Clean all floors by vacuuming or washing
- Remove all trash from guest rooms and surrounding outside areas
- Dust and polish all guest room furnishings
- Maintain outside room appearance by cleaning sliding doors, A/C grills, windows
- Ensure all hotel areas meet company cleanliness standards
- Visually inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality and presentation
- Notify supervisor of safety, security violations, or guest concerns
- Operate housekeeping equipment and restock supplies
- Notify head housekeeper or supervisor of room readiness
- Maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests
