Job Requirements
- minimum one year housekeeping experience
- good knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and techniques
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand for eight hour shifts
- ability to perform physical activities such as sitting climbing balancing stooping kneeling crouching crawling
- specific vision abilities including close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- willingness to work indoors on hard or carpeted surfaces and exposed to extreme weather conditions
- availability for flexible schedules
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- maintain guest room cleanliness including cleaning bath and kitchen areas cleaning floors vacuuming or washing removing trash dusting and polishing furnishings
- maintain outside room appearance including cleaning sliding doors AC grills doors windows removing trash from outside areas
- ensure all hotel areas meet company standards even if not specifically assigned
- visually inspect guest rooms public areas and service areas for cleanliness and presentation quality
- notify supervisor immediately of safety security violations and guest concerns
- operate housekeeping equipment and restock housekeeping cart supplies
- notify head housekeeper or supervisor when rooms are ready
- provide superior customer service when interacting with guests
