Job Requirements

Minimum one year housekeeping experience
Good knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and techniques
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate housekeeping equipment
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to maintain superior customer service
Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Flexibility to work full-time or part-time
Willingness to adhere to safety and security policies

Job Qualifications

Minimum one year of housekeeping experience with knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and techniques
High school diploma or equivalent through any combination of education and experience
Other combinations of education, training, or experience providing required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Job Duties

Maintain guest room cleanliness including bath and kitchen areas, clean floors by vacuuming or washing, remove trash from guest rooms, dust and polish all guest room furnishings
Maintain outside room appearance including cleaning sliding doors, air conditioning grills, doors, windows, and removing trash from outside areas
Ensure all hotel areas meet company cleanliness standards, even if not specifically assigned
Visually inspect guest rooms, public areas, and service areas for quality of cleanliness and presentation
Notify supervisor immediately of any safety or security violations or guest concerns
Operate housekeeping equipment and restock housekeeping cart supplies
Notify head housekeeper or supervisor of room readiness
Maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests
