Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to perform physical cleaning and moving tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage shifting priorities
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as cleaning and moving furniture

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry schedules and coordinate updates with the Director
  • Communicate with residents regarding services, updates, and schedule changes
  • Manage scheduling for deep cleans, carpet and window cleaning
  • Assist with apartment move-in/move-out procedures and inspections
  • Process supply orders and code invoices for the Environmental Services department
  • Cross-train in basic housekeeping and laundry tasks to provide hands-on support when needed
  • Provide general support to the Environmental Services team as assigned
